Returns & Return Shipping

If there is something wrong with your order, please consider the following:
  • Consider whether a return is truly necessary, or if we might be able to find another solution. Feel free to use the contact form for this (also for defective products or those in the wrong color).

  • In case of a return: See below for instructions on how to request your return. You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs if the delivery was correct.

  • Ideally, pack your return in the original packaging and include the completed cancellation form in the package.

  • Please affix sufficient postage to the package and return it to us. We do not accept packages sent without sufficient postage.
