The problem:
You're sewing your new favorite piece and want to hem it on the coverlock. But first you have to measure everything carefully, pin it in place and, ideally, iron it. How annoying!>> STOP IT <<
With the single overlocker you can easily thread your fabric edge through the "snail" and start covering straight away. If you have previously positioned the single overlocker so that the needles enclose the edge, you will have a perfect result and save time!
The best thing is that you can use the single turn-up both upwards and downwards . To do this, simply pull the snail off the bridge, turn it over and put it back on. This means you can decide whether you want the trendy loop seam on the right or left side of the fabric.
The single hem comes in a set with 15mm and 25mm or 20mm and 30mm width, so that you can use it to sew all common hems with a professional result. Of course, we will give you a price advantage of -20% if you choose the complete set (all 4 hem sizes).

Which screws do I need for the single turner?
That depends entirely on your coverlock model. Unfortunately, there is no standard size, so we have tried to create a little cheat sheet for you in the overview above, in case you don't already know which size you need. Ideally, you should look in the manual for your machine or ask someone who has a suitable measuring device and can measure the thread width for you. We already have the two most common sizes as a set in the shop. Dimensions:

Installation of the screws:
The knurled screws can be screwed directly into the holes with your fingers without any additional tools . The grooves on the edge of the screw make it easy to grip and tighten the screw heads.
Why do you even need a single overlock for your coverlock?
You put so much time, love and effort into finding the right pattern, choosing the fabric, the annoying cutting and of course sewing the fabrics together. Do you really want to waste even more time pinning and ironing your hems? No! Just screw on the turn-up, thread the fabric and start sewing. Our single overlock is designed to fit almost all common coverlock models. The single overlock not only fits models from Babylock, W6, Singer etc. but also machines from many different manufacturers. The long slot offers you many options for attaching it individually to your coverlock. If you change your coverlock, you can simply take the single overlock with you! -

Sustainability through longevity
The single envelope is made of modified polyethylene terephthalate ( PET-G for short ). It is a thermoplastic material that most people are familiar with in the form of PET bottles. In households with children, care must be taken to ensure that the small parts included are not swallowed ! It can be used safely in households with children. However, you should not expose it to unnecessary high heat (e.g. iron, dishwasher, etc.). - 3D printing process
The individual cover is produced with a 3D printer, “printed”, so to speak, which gives the surface of the product a very special structure .
How do you mount the single overlock to your coverlock ?
Attaching the single turner is really child's play thanks to the screw holes already present on your machine.- Remove any screws that are already installed.
- Place the bridge of the single turner on the machine and fix it with your two screws for now. If you don't have enough space, you can also use just one screw.
- Choose your hem width (15mm or 25mm hem) and thread the fabric through.
- Slide the snail onto the bridge.
- If necessary, adjust again so that the coverlock needle catches the edge of the fabric well.
