Sewing thread ELASTIC, highly elastic, ideal for smocking

ELASTIC is the ideal elastic thread for smocking stretchy and firm fabrics. Ruffles on hems are also wonderfully easy to make with the sewing thread. Our elastic sewing thread is also ideal for the sewing machine. Our recommendation: Use it only as a bobbin thread. This way you can easily regulate the desired intensity of the smocking using the bobbin thread tension. Please also remember to lock the beginning and end of the seam. Long quilting stitches make handling with the ELASTIC sewing thread even easier.
